RV Repair: HI-LO Hydraulic Lift System, tandem axle, hydraulic lift

Question
I have a 1992 HI-LO 22' camper.  Last trip we had a blowout on the passenger side.  We were able to make it to Wal Mart (tandem axle) and they agreed to put the spare on.  After backing in we had to lift the trailer to get to the spare.  Unfortunately it wouldn't lift.  It attempted but it seemed like the passenger side rear would not lift thus jamming the entire mechanism.  Ended up buying a two ply tire to replace the blowout and went back home.

Do you have any ideas why the top won't lift?Where can I get info on the system?  Is it all hydraulic or is it hydraulic/cable and how do I get to the ram/cable to troubleshoot?

The top lifted fine in my driveway the day we left.  Don't know if the blowout had anything to do with the problem or it was just coincidence.

Thanks!

Answer
Your systems includes cables and hydraulics. It sounds as though a cable or a guide sleeve was damaged during the blowout, I have not been able to get a schematic on this system.
Try going to http://www.hilotrailer.com/manual_sub.htm and requesting the owners manual. Add a request for a service manual also.
