RV Repair: Dutchmand cable replacement, e mail address, cable replacement

I bought a used Dutchman Duck (model 801) pop-up trailer yesterday and the lift cable broke. I went to the Goshen web site, and got some directions, but am still confused as to the process, and the schematics they provided were blurry. Can you help me get the cable replaced?

Robert, There are so many different kinds of lifting systems that to know which one you have would be a miracle. Usually you need to open everything up and then once you can see the cable and the way it works you are able to replace it. If you send me what you got then I may be able to help you more.
