RV Repair: Pilot lights, pilot lights, pilot light

I have inherited a 1987 Aluma lite 5th Wheel.  We are unable to find the user manual.  I have turned on the water heater switch but do not get hot water.  I have looked at the panel inside and out but cannot find a pilot light. The other question I have is about the refrigerator, it has AC power but does not seem to be getting cold.  Any help with any of the questions will be greatly appreciated.

Dan, You may have a switch inside that turns on the water heater. This will be easy to tell if you go outside and open up the water heater and look inside and see if there is a pilot assembly out there. If there is this is the place that you light it. If not then there is a switch inside that you will need to locate. They are sometimes on the monitor panel or if not they should be located in or near the kitchen. For the refer I will need to know make and model to try and help you better. The 110 comes in to a control board these days and have not always been that way, so a make and model will really help me to help you. Thanks, Bill
