RV Repair: Slide-outs, slide outs, windsong

Question
The problem I am having seems that the slide-out goes only about half-way.  It is a 1999 Windsong made by Forest River.  What could it be? Thank you.

Well first is it a powered slide or a push out. If it is going out half way and stopping it may be because it needs adjusted or it may be the battery is not up all the way. The motors work on amp draw and need good batteries to work right. Check to see that everything is clear as it goes out and even see if assisting it might help. If it does then I would say it needs adjusted.
