RV Repair: Norcold 462 or 463, light the flame, flame on

my fridge is a two way unit. it works on electric, and on gas when manually lit. the ignitor switch doesn't illumunate, or light the flame, nor does the "flame on" light work. what should i check?

I think you may just have a build up of soot and rust in the burner area or you could have lost your igniter. Open up the outside access door and look for a small door in the lower right corner...that would be were you could see the flame if there is one.
That area needs to be blown out with compressed air a few times a year to keep it clean. If not the flame won't burn hot or even not burn at all. Without a flame you won't get lights.
