RV Repair: 2004 TRAIL LITE M8307S, auto pats, holding tanks

Question
I am in need of some help, just bought above and the hose from the fresh water tank to the pump is stopped up. Can not blow or suck from it.How did it get stopped up? Is there a valve under the floor panels? Or any thing in the tank to shut the flow off? I hate to remove the floor panels unless really have too. And how do you empty the tank I cannot find a drain. Also the gasket under the slideout is loose what glue should I use. Thanks for any help.

THANKS FOR ANY HELP

Answer
Kay...
When the installer of the fresh water tank drilled the holes for the fill vent and drain plugs they probably left plastic shavings and maybe even the plug in the tank and now it has made it into the outlet of the tank or even the pump itself.  Shurflo makes a debris trap that fits on the pump at the intake and captures those bits. But you need to find the pump to do that. I turn it on and find it by listening. The pump cold be anywhere on any given year. The drain for the fresh water tank is another story. Go outside and find the fresh water fill, the drain will be outside on some and inside on others but always at the tank which is on the other end of the fill. It might look like the end of a plastic hose sticking straight down under the trailer..or it might be a pull ring inside a cabinet at the tank. It is above the floor the holding tanks are below the floor.
I use 3-m weather stripping cement in either yellow or black. You can find it at the hardware store or at an auto pats store. Comes in a tube.
Clean the seal and the slide surface then apply cement to both it and the surface of the slide and wait about 10 mins. Then apply another coat to just the slide out, them slowly push the two together, and your done.
Oh yeah... now you get to remove the glue from your hands..cause it gets on everything.
