RV Repair: ceiling inside RV falling off, in bedroom, wood paneling, vinyl ceiling

I have a foam lined vinyl ceiling coming off.  I also tried the spray adhesive but the old foam was also too brittle, didn't work.  If I take all of the ceiling off and buy a new piece, how do I stick this up?  Would those new glue sheets work?  I hated that spray adhesive.  thanks

Hi John, I have not seen the new glue sheets, so I'm not sure if that would work in your case or not. I would make new panels with 8th inch wood paneling and your choice of vinyl and redo the entire coach. Install the new panels right over the old. Spray adhesive works much better on new installs. (its sill awful but the only choice.) Use large batten strips over the seems of the panels. Use the strips to do most of the supporting of the panels. It a big job but worth the trouble.
