RV Repair: Hydro Flame heater, hydro flame, flame heater

Question
I have a Hydro Flame heater PA 7916 model prfix P 16,000 BTU everthing seams fine, but when the blower comes on it blows out the pilot. I have cleaned out all the dirt dobbers out and it still blows out the pilot lite before the burner lites.

Answer
First step is to check the gas pressure. The best quick check is to light each stove burner, one after another. Each should stay the same size as the others are lit, if you notice they get smaller as you light more burners, have your regulator adjusted and system leak tested by a qualified service center. Also, check to see if there is a small screw on the valve labeled "TAP" and ensure it is not loosened.
If they seem to stay the same, let's move onto exhaust. Check the vent outside while the furnace is running. Does there seem to be plenty of air flow? If you shine a flashlight can you see any blockage(or other signs of mud daubers, spiders, or other nesting pests)? Have you had the furnace cleaned recently? This is probably the most likely cause. In your case - did you clean out the entire combustion chamber or just the vent tube accessible from the exterior?
Last, ventilation is also important. Since the same motor blows air for combustion and ducting, if there is ducting (or filter...) blocked, the motor will have less resistance (yes, less) and spin faster - blowing the flame out. If when you remove the front cover plate you here a "relief" sound from the fan, it is probably a ducting issue.
