Question -
I have a 1999 Pnnacle by Thor. It has dual a/c units on the roof. After repairing the interior after a small fire, the comfort control unit has no readout. I have replaced both control boxes part no.3109226005 and the comfort control center part no.3109228001 and there seems to be no power and no readout at the control center. The system I got was called a comfort control upgrade part no 3310014000. I don't know where the power comes from for the control panel readout.  HELP ME PLEASE!!!

Answer -
comfort control needs 12v dc to operate. At the upper control board, the Red wire is 12v positive and the black is negative. The cable between the upper unit and the thermostat could have been damaged.  you can plug in a phone cord directly to the upper unit, then to the thermostat.  If it lights up then, you have a bad cord.

Answer
If your power is good, your phone cord is good and all of the other connections are good, and 110v is good, you may need to refer to the manufacturer.

This sounds like a control problem, and if this is a new upgrade, there may be a product problem.
