RV Repair: roof, rv supply store, metal roofs

I just bought a 1985 28 foot Skamper travel trailer and I have no idea how to tell what roof it has on it in order to seal it, a magnet does not stick to it is all I no. do you have any idea and what is best to put on the roof?

It is some sort of metal?
If it is metal, then go to an RV supply store and get whatever product they have for metal roofs.
If it is a rubber roof do the same thing, but the product is different than what you use on metal.
I suppose it could be fiberglass also. Ask at the store what would work on that.
