RV Repair: antenea roof connection, first travel, roof structure

I recently purchased my first travel trailer 26' On the roof is a retractable antenea. it does not leak yet but I think it has in the past a fair amount of water collects around the unit and sits. I would like to get rid of the antenea and level out the area any suggestions?

If the area around the Antenea is sagging, more likely there is damage to the roof/ roof structure. If you plan on removing it, you can place a patch over the hole and then seal the patch, however this will not fix the problem of water collecting there.
