RV Repair: suburban furnace wont light, time delay relay, amp fuse

Question
The furnace is an SF-30.  I replaced the board, but still no furnace.  The red wire coming off of the board goes to the blower motor.  If I remove this wire from the module board and apply 12v, the blower motor runs.  Help!

The furnace on my 2003 carriage cameo lxi stopped working.  It was working fine, but just stopped.  I checked the fuse box and found a 20 amp fuse blown.  I replaced the fuse, but the furnace still will not work.  The blower does not start when the thermostat is turned up.  I have voltage to the circuit board, but no voltage coming out of the board.  The blower will run when voltage is applied directly to the blower motor.  I suspect the circuit board.

First, I need the model of the furnace to completly answer this, but There are 2 circuit boards out. One has fan controls and the other does not.  Does the fan motor wire to the control board? If so, your assumption is correct, if not, there is a time delay relay that controls the fan and the thermostat indirectly controls it.

Answer
On the boards that control the blower motor, both wires are supposed to go to the board, other wise, you should have a time delay relay in the loop between the board and the motor.  the red wire off the board should go to a sail switch inside the fan housing
