RV Repair: Water damage, rubber roof, c unit

Question
There has been water damage to the roof where the A/C unit is located and the roof is beginning to sag. Whats involved in repairing it?
Quite handy, built several homes etc. Thinking about DIY. Can you also recommend how to, and suppliers?

First, is there any sign of damage on the inside? If not, then that is a good thing.
You don't say whether it is a rubber or metal roof.
Either way, you will probably have to remove it to see what the damage is underneath. Especially if it is metal. A rubber roof could just be patched after you remove the bad part.
It could be the decking is rotten and/or the rafters are rotten. Again, I will need to know if the rafters are wood or aluminum.
Let me know the answers to these two questions and we will go from there.
