Saturn Repair: 2004 vue, shifting gears, saturn vue

2004 saturn vue awd v6 auto trans.  when shifting gears at about 30mph the car shakes briefly and only sometimes. any ideas?

Have a tech run a diagnostic scan on the vehicle......that would be wise, if no codes are found then it just might be that you are close to the shift speed but not quite and the trans is like in a mid shift.......
