Saturn Repair: saturn, coolant system, weird problem

I have a 1996 1.9L Saturn (90,000 miles) with oil getting into the coolant system. No water is getting into the oil and car is running fine. I have flushed the coolant system and added stop leak in both the oil and coolant system without success. Problem is getting worst and coolant system is overflowing from the fill reservoir with this water/oil mess. What would you recommend I try next?

This is a weird problem BUT I have heard of this happening before (not on a Saturn).  The Oil gets into the water BUT water doesn't get into the engine's oil.  Very odd. My first guess is that the seal in the Water pump has failed BUT that is rare.  I can't think of an alternate source of the oil that would keep the water out of the oil.
