Sorry to say I don't have info on the 1999-2003 Satrun engines.  They switched to a more 'reliable' model starting in 1999 and it is quite a bit different than the models I am familiar with. BUT There shouldn't be any timing marks on the engine as it is completely electronic....you shouldn't be able to 'set' the timing on it.

I could be off.  There is no timing to set on the 1991-1998.
