Followup To No I did no check that but why my auto x ray ez scan 6000 won't pick up the computer.

Question -
I am not getteng any fire to my plugs have already replaced crankshaft sensor,coil pac and ignition module.I have an auto x ray ez scan 6000
when I plug it in it says system not reading I don't have any dash light service engine brake light ect.I checked all the fuses with a conuity light.I pulled the fuse box under the hood and checked all of the fuseable links.Used a short curcit tracer to check all of the wires up to my fire wall.Engine will turn over but no fire to plug and no dash lights.I have another junk yard computer I tried nothing.I am thinking ignition switch but don't know engine does turn over.Or parhaps a short under my dash I also checked the fuse box inside the car too.

Hi have u tried cleaning the ground on the module?the  case is the ground so if the bolts are bad no ground no fire..also have u tried fire out of the coil? elimante the plug wires chances are 4 wire wont go bad but it may happen,the next is does it have multi port injection if so check to see if the injectors are firing if not check wires from the crank sensor to the module..need anything else let me know

Hi well if the scanner wont pick it up well there is either no power or ground at the plug or the ocm is gone u sat no dash lights ?i would say that there is a power or grond problem in the main power supply..i would recheck the fusable links and fuses to see maybe if u dont have power somwhere u should..if u take the plastis off the botton of the steering column u should be able to get at the plug for the key switch and check for power there.
