Saturn Repair: Saturn maintenance, kravmaga, tire rotation

Hi Ken.  
I have a 2001 SC1 / 3door Coupe / automatic.
I bought it new and I now have close to 40,000 miles on it.  At this point, what maintenance is generally required?  I don't want to walk in to the dealership and ask because I'd expect them to suggest things to me that are not necessary in order to make more money that I can't afford to spend.  I change my oil and oil filter every 3,000 - so other than that, what should I have looked at at the 40,000 mile mark?  
Changing of transmission fluid and filter?
Tire rotation?
Alignment?
Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi well i acually have the maintance schedule right hear in front of me for 30000miles..fuel filter replace,flush cooling system,change tranny fluid and filter,air filter and check brake fluid and replace if bad.. thats about it but an alignment is a good idea really atleast once ayear..well good luck and let me know if u have any more questions.
