Do I mix the oil and the gas for this model and make of lawn mower?

Answer
Most likely you do not need to mix gas and oil.

If the engine has a dipstick or a place to check the oil then NO, do not mix gas and oil.

Use SAE-30 weight oil if you have a dipstick.  DO NOT overfill the engine...they only hold about a half of quart (16-20 ounces) after an oil change.
