Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Toro Lawn Mower wont start

I have a Toro Front wheel drive mower. it will not start. Last time I took it to he Repair shop, as soon as I unloaded it, it started right up!  After that, it takes many pulls to start.  This time it won't start at all!  It has fresh gas, new Air filter, and new plug.

Do you have a primer that you push to start the mower?

Is the air filter clean?

Do you have spark?

What is the 5 digit Toro model number located on the model number sticker?

The most likely problem based on what you described is a dirty carburetor.  Did you try draining the carburetor bowl and seeing if draining the carburetor gas out of the carburetor bowl resolves the problem?
