Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): homelite mightylite gas trimmer

Question
Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): homelite mightylite gas trimmer
homelite crankcase
Howdy,
I'm trying to take apart a homelite mightylite 26 trimmer to clean it up and change crankshaft bearings. I am trying to remove the crankshaft, counterweight and piston assembly but since the cylinder is part of the crankcase, I have run into a problem.  I have removed the snap rings on both sides of the crank and it seems to me that the counterweight is pressed onto the crank but I'm not able to get it to move.  Are you familiar with how this assembly should be dismantled?

Answer
That model is not designed to be repaired.  You can not remove the piston and you can not buy parts other than the short-block for about $80.

Did you see the dis-assembly videos on You Tube?
