Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): restoring old snapper riding lawn mower

I have a old snapper riding mower I am trying to restore. I need to know were to find a manual and decals for model # 190707 after that the numbers are 2131-07 then..83012110 (I think)It has a 8 hp briggs7stratton engine/4 cycle. any advice as age, where to order parts etc.  will be greatly appreciated!

All engine parts can be ordered from Briggs.  What engine parts are you needing?  It may be cheaper to replace the entire engine.

Any mower parts, parts not on the engine, can be ordered from Snapper or you local Snapper dealer.  Use the URL to find the mower model number:
