First mower just quit then discovered it will not disengage blades keeps blowing fuse. Seems motor will not turn either but it H's electric clutch could that be keeping it from turning??  Battery is good.... but still will not start any ideas... thought maybe the clutch maybe my problem ....have not found any wires touching or burnt or anything either

Definitely have a short or something drawing too much current.

If you disconnect the electric clutch does it still blow fuses?

Did you download the manual with the electrical schematic?

Let me know if it still blows fuses with the clutch disconnected.
