Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): jc penny tiller

I HAVE A JC PENNY 8 H.P CHAIN DRIVEN ROTARY TILLER MODLE 3032B.  I FOUND A PARTS CATALOG NO. 812-0843 BUT ONLY HAS ENGINE PARTS! TRYING TO FIND A DEALER THAT HAS OTHER PARTS TO THE TILLER NOT RELATED TO THE ENGINE. WOULD BE NICE IF I COULD GET PARTS TO FIX IT GREAT TILLER TO HAVE! THANKS

I found a reference for the JC Penny stuff a while back. I don't have that model however. MTD built some of the tillers. Some were made by Atlas, which were bought by General Power, which were bought by MTD. If you need parts for an Atlas, they still use General Power part #s, but may come from MTD if they are available.

Can you attach some pictures so I can see if I can at least identify who made the tiller?
