Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): governor help

i have a Kawasaki fd590v and the cam gear was sheared so i'm replacing the stuff but i found the thing the governor sits on is broke off and no parts diagram says what it called and it doesn't have any part numbers so i guess i need to know is it something you can buy or is it made in the whole crank case

Did you download the engine service manual and see if the part is shown or named in section 2 or in another section?
