Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Blower vac repair, images search, power components

I have a Black & Decker GW 150 blower vac bought in 1995.  It has been used most years years but not excessively, however it has suddenly stopped working.

The question is: can it be repaired and is it worth it?

You will have to do some troubleshooting to determine if it is worth fixing.  Do you have volt meter or DMM to check the switch and basic power components?

If it is just a bad switch it would probably be worth fixing.  If the electric motor is bad then I would not repair it due to cost.

Do you know if the unit has a circuit breaker that just needs to be reset?
