Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): How do I, breather tube, tecumseh engine

How do you remove a breather tube for a Tecumseh engine? The model for the engine is 143.985012.

Answer
You have to remove the flywheel to remove the breather.  The breather is held in the engine by the rubber breather housing lip.

I'd recommend checking You Tube on how to remove a Tecumseh flywheel.

Why does the breather need to be removed?
