Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Honda push mower, spark plug, coils

I have a Honda self propelled walk behind.  I start it, it runs for about five minutes then shuts down.  I am not able to restart the mower until about an hour later.  And then it still only runs for about 5 minutes.  I have changed the oil, put new gas in, checked the spark plug.  Any suggestions?

What the problem may be is a bad coil or also a carburetor problem since you say it runs for 5 minutes what may be happening is the coils gets hot and then starts to break down,once it cools the you will be able to restart try replacing the coil on the engine.
