Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): B&S intek rebuild kit, carburetor problems, fuel line

My mower starts and then dies-with starting fluid.  Removed the fuel line and appears that sufficient fuel is being passed to the carb.  Put some carb cleaner in the carb and left set overnight - same result.  The model is 1216020279 E2 001208 FA.  Best place to get a rebuild kit for this motor?  It's on a Ryboi frame.  Thanks much.

Seems like you have carburetor problems, unfortunately the do not have a rebuild kit just individual parts for this, what we do is just replace the carburetor it is easier less expensive and sames time in case the part we put in doesn't fix the problem. We have tried replacing parts  and it is a big waste of time for our customers at $55.00 per hour it takes at least 45 minutes to clean & rebuild then we have to re-install and hopefully it will work. Then you still have a carburetor that may develop other issues later on.
