Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): EZ Go Gulf Cart, carburetor, air compressor

My 1997  4 stroke EZ Go Golf cart won't rev up until i pull the choke out. Some times it won't even rev up until i use Ether. Once it is running it isn't bad. After a couple of weeks sitting it is hard to start again. Any help will appreciated. Thanks   George Roloson

Have you checked the air filter, changed the spark plugs and cleaned the carburetor?

The main problem is most likele a dirty carburetor.  You need to remove, dis-assemble and clean the carburetor with compressed air from an air compressor and spray can carb cleaner.

What brand of engine do you have?
