It the motor has no spark, check the coil on the unit by pulling the flywheel. If the magnet on the flywheel is rusted, scrub it with a very fine grade sand paper. Follow the same procedure on the coil. When you re-install the coil, fold a piece of paper in half and place it between the flywheel and coil. This will give you the correct clearance. If this doesn't clear the problem, and the wiring is in good condition, you may have to replace the coil.
