so here is the long and the short my craftsman lawn tractor runs a B&S 310707-0137E1 and i have rebuilt the carb and prior to rebuilding it flooded constantly and now it acts starved for gas is it most likely there is still debree in the carb plugging the fuel it starts and runs with starting fluid but otherwise the plug is dry thanks for your time

Somewhere while you were rebuilding the carburetor something may have been installed wrong. Do you have a diagram of the carburetor exploded view? Check the float settings make sure the float is letting the fuel pin allow fuel to pass,also check your adjustments on the carburetor the best way is to turn the screws till it just bottoms out do not force it or the needle valve may get damaged. Now open the screw 1-1/2 turns and start from there.
