Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): John Deere 445 wont start, john deere 445, rubber holder

Question
I started mowing with my JD 445 and I got off of it because I thought the seat safety switch needed to be adjusted (the PTO kicked out after going over a bump section of my lawn).  The tractor then stalled and won't restart.  I get the ignition lights and everything looks good except when I turn the ignition to the start position, I get nothing.  I disconnected the seat safety switch and reconnected it but I still get nothing.  I do hear a click from the safety relay when I lift up the seat and put it down so I do believe the switch is working.  Also, I don't believe the seat safety switch will keep it from starting (the spring had been removed) but it will definitely not start if the brake is not engaged.  The phenomenon I am seeing is similar to when you would turn the ignition to the start position with the brake disengaged.

You may want to check all the safety switches the one for the PTO, the one for the brake also one for the clutch and another one is the neutral switch. There is a fuse specifically for the EFI module, and it's not one of the two on the circuit board (where the green light is). By the way, the green means "all go" for start, so your safety systems are OK. I don't remember the exact location of the EFI fuse, but it's in a separate rubber holder that branches off the harness. It may have a rubber cap on it. It is in the circuit board area under the dash. Dig around behind there and look for it. It's a 15 amp I think
