Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): briggs and stratton 11p902-0127 b1 wont start, briggs and stratton, fresh oil

troy built power washer with B&S motor 7.75 Torque  quit running after about 3 min first time out this season on fresh oil change...SAE 30
I may have had overfilled oil a little.
I drained and refilled to proper level, and replaced the spark plug... it will not start.

It has the Ready Start Carb with no primer bulb.


Does it have an overfill sensor?  or somekind of reset button beside the on/off switch?

Have you checked to see if the ignition system is producing spark?  I looked in the parts diagram and your engine does not have a oil sensor.

Have you replaced the spark plug?  I have fixed a lot of engines just by replacing the spark plug.
