i removed the carb from my mower to clean it as i was taking it off the choke link fell off, i have everything put back together but i dont know how to hook back the choke link, its a murray riding mower model 309029x92 and the engine is a briggs stratton 28r707-1120-e1, ive been on the web but cant find a diagram of how to rehook it. i got parts diagrams  but it doesn't show where to rehook. pleas help

The easiest thing for you to do is look at another mower that has a single cylinder Briggs at how the linkage is set up. They will all be the same linkage from 12 hp- 20 hp.There is no way I can explain this it is a hands on problem. Go to sears or some other shop and look at a similar engine.
