Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): No compression, small engine mechanic, briggs and stratton

Question
I have a Briggs and Stratton 6.5hp Quantum model series 123K00 engine on a light duty pressure washer that has maybe 10 hours of use.
I stopped one day to refill the gas tank and it would not restart.
It now has 0 psi of compression and it is blowing air back through the carb but nothing out of the exhaust or spark plug hole.
I pulled the head and nothing looks broken but the valve timing does seem odd.
The intake valve does not open until the piston is almost at the bottom of the intake stroke and it does not close until the piston is almost to the top of the compression stroke.
I am not a small engine mechanic but that doesn’t seem right to me.
Got any ideas?

You need setting the valves somehow it jumped timing,The zero compression is because the valves are opening the same time the piston is trying to build compression, it is losing air through the Valve seats. You can find the correct valve settings if you do a google search.
