Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Toro, rear fenders, toro zero turn

Question
Hello,
I have a Toro Zero turn, only a couple years old. It has good gas, a new spark plug, and I've cleaned the carb. The engine starts fine, but it has to run much longer in the choke position or it stalls. Once I run it like that for a while, it will work until I turn on the blades and start cutting. It quickly starts to stall, and when I turn the blades off, it will continue to run.

Answer
What is the 5 digit Toro model number of the mower?  The number is located on a sticker, usually under the seat, rear fenders or near the rear of the machine.

Sounds like the seat or blade engagement safety switch is either malfunctioning, or properly working and there is an issue with the mowers safety.

Let me know the 5 digit model number so I can see if a wiring schematic is available.
Thanks.
Eric
