Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Snow Chief parts, friction wheel, wheel assembly

Hello,
I have a True Value Snow Chief SC8270 It has an 8hp Tecumseh motor with the following numbers on it; HMSK80  155480S  (D) 3300A  The serial and model number are the same and it is; 300549 Directly below the serial number is; M302 To the left are two sets of numbers; 603228 and 584422
I need to replace the friction wheel assembly and the shaft that the friction wheel is on. I think it is called a hex shaft.
Do you know where I can get these parts?
