Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Auger drive belt replacement, drive pulley, hondapowerequipment

I'm trying to remove the auger housing on a Honda HS828 snowblower, model number SZAK10066717 and I can not for the life of me gain access to the auger drive pulley. Whats amiss? any help would be greatly appreciated since I've removed a number of bolts and the chute already.
