Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Mower deck on Scotts L1742, blade tip, scotts

The mower deck on my mower seems to be hanging down in the front. The back will raise and lower, but the front will not. I have been looking under to see if there is a broken part, but I do not even see how the front of the mower deck gets raised up. It is only sitting about 1/2 inch off the ground. The back will raise about 4 inches. I do not know what to fix, because i can not tell what raises the front of the mower deck.

There are many scotts mowers that have decks is this a 46 or 48. There is on the underside 2 front braces that hold up the deck and can be used to level the deck.there are 2 adjustments on the front which probably needs raised. You will have to find a level piece of ground then lower the deck till it stops then take a measurement on the outside of the blade tip when you do a level check make sure the blades are in line with each other for the side to side. Then move the blades again facing front to back check the measurement again see what that does.
