Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Troy-bilt trimmer, zama carb, troy bilt

I have a troy-bilt trimmer #tb25et that will not start,  when I press the primer it like it sticks or has suctiom on it.  It will not hit when pulled.  ran fine up until now.

Most likely the problem is in the carburetor.  Do you have a Zama carb?  If so, go to this link and find your carb model.  See if there is anything in the troubleshooting section.
