Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): General Auger, earth auger, centrifical clutch

Question
I have a General #330 2 man earth auger, What kind of oil is used in the gearbox that houses the centrifical clutch and reduction?

Answer
UPDATE:  Above 32 degrees SAE 30, 10w30, 10w40 or 15w40  Below 32  5w30

I have no personal experience with a "General" brand, but most auger heads I have worked on have a multi use grease packed in them.
