Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): MTD Snow thrower 31A-2M1A762, recoil starter, blizzard conditions

Hello John:
  Merry Christmas.
  My MTD Model 31A-2M1A762 decided to not work just as we're about to have blizzard conditions here in the northeast.  It seems that the spring in the Recoils Starter Assembly is broken and it's likely that the whole assembly needs replacement.  My question is:  if I purchase part 951-10955 from MTD or another supplier, will the purchased part be a complete assembly (spring(s), wheel, rope, cover, etc.) or only the cover?  I have not been able to find either a description or exploded diagram of the aforementioned part.  Your response is deeply appreciated.

>>Simply Remove the Blower Housing from the Engine and then Unbolt the Old/Damaged Recoil Starter from the Blower Housing and Bolt on the New One.
