Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): snowthrower doesnt throw snow, walk behind lawn mowers, number designation

Question
QUESTION: My snowthrower doesn't throw snow like it should.  It starts up fine but the snow just falls out of the chute instead of being thrown out.  Any ideas why this is happening would be appreciated.  thanks
