Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): no fire to spark plug, sparkplug, spark plug

not getting fire to  the sparkplug on my Toro 22 inch recycler
mower, model no. 20074. it has pull start as well as electric
start. the battery is fully charged. appreciate your help.

Try checking the engine kill cable. It may not be pulling the shut down mechanism far enough back to allow the engine to start. This cable also sends a ground to the coil killing the spark. There are other possibilities for no spark but this is the most common issue, unless the coil is bad.
