Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Tecumshe carb, quality fuel, h60

Question
I have a 6hp Tecumseh Chore King H60 75572W (C)
The engine will start and run  but will only run with half choke. If I open up the choke the engine dies. I know it must be starving for fuel. I have cleaned and rebuilt the Carb and there is a good supply of fuel to the carb. What else in the carb could be causing this problem?

Thanks for your help

Answer
There could be a tiny jet that is plugged and you may never get it opened up. If it will run with the choke on, I suggest you add some sea foam or other high quality fuel treatment and run it with that for a while and it may clear up on it's own. I have had many problems with the techumseh carburetors and have had to replace them in these instances.
