Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Mikuni carbureto problem, trail boss, spray cleaners

Question
I have a 1986 Polaris 250 Trail Boss and it broke down and wouldn't start, so I took the carburetor off and cleaned it with some carburetor cleaner. I started it and It ran about 10-15 minutes. After shutting down it would not restart. I was wondering if you could help me figure out why it will not start now. If I could find one I'd replace the Carburetor??? It's 2 cycle and has a Mikuni carburetor.
