Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): gx200 ignition honda, fuel flow, small engines

Question
This generator i have will not start. Someone stripped threads on head,,i changed head,,set valves.I looked at timing marks inside crankcase,,ok.I looked for spark,it will spark once during entire rope pulling, even with low oil sensor unplugged or not.Do you think it should be continuously sparking?..meaning on and off during rotation of  rope pulling?I have taken many small engines apart over  the last 20 years,,im stuck on this one.

Yes the  spark plug should be firing all the time as you see it,But there is some spaces between each spark to fast for the eye to see.You will need to determine if the problem is a lack of spark or a lack of fuel flow.  Remove the spark plug, reconnect the wire and lay it against the engine head.  Pull the engine over and watch for spark at the plug's electrode. The spark should be a blue arc.
