Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Older troy built tiller, troy built tiller, tecumsah

I have an older troy built tiller that has the rear tines and has a reverse gear. On the front cover plate for the belt/clutch, I found the only numbers I could find TH1002. I need to find out  out what I have so I can get a new flywheel for it. I have searched all over the internet and can only find bits and pieces that tell me it might be a Horse III and I know it has a Tecumsah motor.  Please help me to be able to find a flywheel.

The numbers you are looking for should be stamped into the blower housing of the engine.  They are usually on the top of the engine near the spark plug of on the side of the engine.  Look closely they are there.  They will look something like this...HH50  69345  34888
