Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Craftsman 32cc Leaf Blower/Mulcher/Vac, spark plug wire, tank style

Question
I just found a craftsman 32cc leaf blower/mulch/vac 170mhp. I tried starting it and it runs for a few seconds then dies, i took the air filter off and found the fuel line from the primer to the carburetor was good but the line coming off the carburetor wasn't connected to anything...I'm not to sure what that is suppose to be connected to. What is a good web site that i can order parts (gaskets) from for this blower?

Answer
Hello Brandon:

>>Always Remove the Spark Plug Wire/s from the Spark Plug/s before Working on Any Small Engine unless the Plug/s must be Connected to the Coil/s for Diagnostic Reasons.
>>To View a Breakdown of this Unit Go to this Site Addy, http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/index.action?sid=PSHx20080114x00001 and Enter the Model Numbers 358.798980 and Click Search. From this Page you can View Diagrams and Parts Lists.
>>Once you have a Part Number, you can Check the Prices a with Outdoor Distributors @ www.outdoordistributors.com/ (205-669-2500).
>>Check the Fuel Tank and see if it has 1 or 2 Holes for the Fuel Line.
>>Some of these Units have a Return Line to the Tank (2 Small Holes for Fuel Lines) and Some have a Return Line that Does Not go to the Tank (1 Line for Fuel Supply Line), it just Hangs in the Open.
>>There should be a Line from the Tank to the Primer and from the Primer to the Carburetor and a Line from the Carburetor to the Tank or to Open Air (Depends on the Tank Style).
>>If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I Hope to be Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Be Safe and Happy. Thanks.
